Due to continual growth they are looking to add a hard working individual to the team as Logistics Administrator. Key tasks Assisting in the ordering and administration of the company’s transactions. Complete relevant administrative work Pro-actively helping to manage and audit the company’s Environmental compliance, Sustainability, and duty of care. Updating relevant records on the company’s database. Call existing suppliers to book loads and confirm collection times Create and distribute weekly sales orders Data entry for customs clearances for weekly activity Support Accounts & Sales teams with reconciliation and general enquiries Develop and maintain industry knowledge and market information Answer phones and offer holiday cover General office administration What we’re looking for A reliable applicant who is keen to join a friendly and focused team for a long-term career and ready to hit the ground running. The candidate will ideally be proficient in IT, especially with the Microsoft packages, have a positive, can do attitude and be attentive to details.
