We have big ambitions and need a motivated and innovativeindividual with existing planning experience to become part of our team,leading on a different approach to Development Management and allowing you tothink creatively outside the box. The post holder will form part of an existing highlymotivated and energetic Development Management Team, dealing with a variedcaseload of planning applications with a focus on majors and large or complexminor applications, experience of these types of applications is essential tothis role. Whilst the role is career graded, we are particularly keento hear from applicants who already have an RTPI recognised qualification, butwe are more interested in your experience. We are looking for a candidate who has experience ofsubmitting and/or determining larger complex planning applications, who haspreviously worked with consultees and agents/applicants and has excellentpeople skills. We are seeking both experienced and motivated planningprofessionals with a wide range of well-developed planning skills andknowledge, with a track record in delivery in either private or public sectorroles.
