Responsibilities:
1. Undertaking site work using GPR and EML techniques for on-site service avoidance in preparation for intrusive site investigation works.
2. Undertaking site work using EML and cover lifting techniques for utility mapping works to PAS128 standard
3. Site works, processing and drafting of utility mapping projects to PAS128 standards in AutoCAD 2D/3D
4. Working as part of a team and training junior members on EML techniques
5. Managing ongoing projects
6. Liaising with external clients and internal site investigation teams for project scheduling

Qualifications and Experience:
14. Aptitude to work independently and as part of a team
15. A willingness to contribute ideas and suggestions
16. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
17. Strong written and verbal communication is essential to the role.
18. Self-motivated, with diligence, integrity and ambition.
19. Willingness to travel around the UK
20. Adherence to our technical and operating procedures with a strong sense of health and safety awareness
21. Experienced Utility Surveyor (3+ years industry experience)
22. Competent in use of EML equipment for completion of service detection and PAS128 mapping surveys
23. QCF Level 3 and/or higher in Utility Mapping
24. Experience in use of GPR equipment for utility detection
25. Experience in use of High Precision GPS &Total Stations
26. Experience in use of 2D AutoCAD
27. Competent IT skills including Excel, 3D CAD would be an advantage
28. Must hold a UK driving license
