Job Description
This role will ensure supplier invoices are coded and posted correctly, customer invoices are generated and collected efficiently, performing reconciliations and assisting with month-end duties to support the monthly management accounts process, including:
* Coding and posting supplier invoices
* Dealing with queries
* Matching supplier invoices and chasing invoices
* Raising and processing invoices and credit notes
* Maintaining customer sales ledgers
* Performing bank reconciliations
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
* A proven experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
* Comfort with manual processes
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* A manufacturing background is advantageous
