Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Clinical Team Administrator to support our Daycare Service within HMP Norwich. This is currently offered on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2026. The post is based at HMP Norwich but there will be a need for independent travel to other Trust and service provision sites in Norwich.
Prison vetting will be required for this post but you will be supported to complete this process.
Main duties of the job
Duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Updating clinical and prison systems.
2. Answering telephones and using prison based digital messaging.
3. Collation, inputting and extraction of data onto and from spreadsheets.
4. Minute Taking.
5. Collecting/printing and delivering post.
6. Attending Meetings and Away Day as service need requires.
7. Photocopying.
8. Stores Ordering using our designated electronic system.
9. Data collation.

You will need to be able to demonstrate our essential criteria on your application and at interview:
