The Infrastructure team operates from a state of the art open plan, air conditioned office with on-site cafe, situated close to Watford town centre and Watford Junction railway station, with easy access to the M1 and M25 motorways and easy commute links from London and the Home Counties.

The Infrastructure team specialises in providing sustainable development infrastructure solutions to mainly private sector clients in both the UK and overseas. The team also works closely with other disciplines to provide integrated solutions on high profile multidisciplinary projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage projects and attend meetings.
2. Liaise with clients, design team, and third-party representatives.
3. Produce reports (FRA, drainage strategy, specification, etc.) and ensure effective communication.
Ideal Candidate:
Ideal candidates for the Senior Infrastructure Engineer position will have a good level of experience within the UK, with an aspiration to gain Incorporated or Chartered status. Experience in highway and drainage design with a working knowledge of UK design standards is needed, together with the ability to balance several projects and meet project timetables. We currently have a varied workload ranging from large scale distribution centre developments in the commercial sector to residential schemes of varying scales, from pre-planning through to construction. The candidate would need to show experience in highways, external works, and drainage for these types of projects.
Qualifications:
1. Private sector experience.
2. Working knowledge in the use of Civil3D, Microdrainage, Autocad, Autotrack (vehicle swept path analysis), and Navisworks.
3. PDS line and sign design experience would be beneficial.
4. Experience in producing designs that can be incorporated to BIM Level 2 status.
5. Ability to undertake 3D coordination with the design team to ensure that internal project work can be released in IFC or similar format to the required site grid systems.
