PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)

The Role:
Reporting to the EA of the Chief Executive, you will provide administrative support to two senior Executive Assistants within the organisation. Leveraging your exceptional time management skills, you will communicate and collaborate effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the executive support team, ensuring all deadlines and appointments are met. You will be focused on delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive, cooperative, and professional relationships.
* Provide efficient and professional administrative support to two EAs for the executive leadership team
* Coordinate documentation and file management
* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly management packs and reports for meetings
* Support conferences and events
* Manage changing schedules, appointments and national and international travel arrangements
* Produce monthly credit card reconciliation and match invoices to purchase orders
Skills and Experience:
* A minimum of five years in a corporate administration role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other software information systems / diary management
* Solutions focused, skilled at managing competing priorities and adept at multi-tasking
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including minute taking
* High degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and personal presentation
