Customer Account Manager/Administrator
Salary: £25,000 (plus Commission and Company Bonus)
Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
Location: Southampton
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships? We're looking for a Customer Account Manager/Administrator to join our client's Customer Services and Sales team.
As a Customer Account Manager/Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships while also looking for opportunities to grow business within your accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
2. Handle customer claims, credits, and queries professionally
3. Answer incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner
4. Manage your own email account and customer interactions
5. Promote exclusive brand sales within your territory
6. Analyse sales and account data to support business growth
7. Provide general support to the team as required
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in customer service
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Confident telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
7. Resilience in handling challenging calls and a fast-paced environment
