Hot Tub Team Leader

HOT TUB TEAM LEADER | £13.13 per hour
In this role, you will effectively lead the team of Hot Tub Maintenance Operatives, ensuring water quality and guest experience is maintained to the required standard.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting all Hot Tub Maintenance Operatives, ensuring the Hot Tub departmental procedures are adhered too at all times
2. Completing audits on hot tub standards, ensuring hot tubs and plant rooms are maintained to the required level
3. Supporting the Accommodation HOD with managing the hot tub team, ensuring daily cover is provided and holiday cover is allowed within the team
4. Disseminating best practice amongst the team of hot tub maintenance operatives, delivering excellent service to our guests
5. Auditing mandatory compliance paperwork, completed by the hot tub maintenance operatives and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
ABOUT YOU
Essential requirements:
6. Strong attention to detail
7. A current UK Full Driving Licence
8. ISRM qualification (National Spa Pool Plant Operators certificate)
9. Practical working knowledge of spa plant and operational maintenance
10. Proven proactive work ethic and good time keeping
Desirable requirements:
11. Practical working knowledge and experience in general maintenance
12. Team leadership experience at an equivalent level
