The Role…
1. Manage performance campaigns across multiple channels for both acquisition and retention, ensuring effective reach and engagement with our target audience.
2. Take digital product ownership, ensuring our eCommerce platform meets business needs and delivers a seamless customer experience.
3. Execute paid online media strategies to drive lead generation for customer acquisition, working closely with the Global team to align efforts.
4. Implement plans to boost growth through SEO and digital content, continually optimizing our online presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
5. Work on end-to-end process optimization to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, including driving customer ordering through Coloplast Charter.
6. Manage consumer platforms and digital communications using tools like Episerver and Zendesk.
7. Analyze customer journey data to optimize marketing activation and web design for an optimal user experience.
8. Innovate our digital offering based on customer feedback to ensure services meet and exceed customer expectations.
9. Manage digital initiatives with effective project management skills, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
