What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to Private Client solicitors
2. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client meetings
3. Drafting and proofreading correspondence and legal documents
4. Liaising with clients, third parties, and other professionals in a professional manner
5. Assisting with billing, time recording, and general office tasks
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant (ideally within Private Client law)
2. Strong knowledge of Private Client matters such as wills, trusts, estates, and probate
3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
5. A professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
