The Ideal Candidate Would Have
A knowledgeable technical understanding of Statutory Compliance; preferably with a qualified engineering background and CIBSE membership.
Experience of managing staff, consultants, and contractors, delivering compliance assessments and remedial works.
Experience of managing a large scale programme of activity with professional project management techniques.
A demonstrated ability to track and formally report risks and progress against programme improvement targets.
The ability to work professionally within a collaborative team-culture with colleagues dealing with complex facilities challenges.
