Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with an established manufacturing company in the Ferndown area. We are looking for a new Office Administrator to join their thriving head office. The Office Administrator will join a focused and friendly team, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skillset while working as part of a great team, providing support across a variety of projects. This Office Administrator role is an exciting position, and it would suit someone who loves to be organised and thrives in a busy environment. Our client is open to candidates who are looking to work 4 or 5 days per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Receive and collate new orders and information on jobs, arranging a job pack to review and track
* Organise the schedule of due dates across a variety of projects, and distribute these to contract managers, production managers, sales executives, and internal leaders
* Prepare documents supply and install projects in line with the dates required on the Schedule and distribute these to contract managers and clients by the due date
* Advise team leaders of any complaints received from clients and/or contract managers.
* General filing duties as and when necessary, to ensure that all information for the department is easily located when required.
* Be on hand within the project office to assist with any additional administrative work when required.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience within an administrative role
* Attention detail and happy to work with numbers
* Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
* An hourly rate of £12.00 - £12.00 per hour
