We a a new position for a Bid Administrator to work alongside our Bid Manager to provide administration duties to support the completion of bids & tenders.
General duties include:
* co-ordination of responses to pre-qualification questionaires (PQQ)
* Assist in collating draft documents & researching additional information for submission.
* collate propasal documents using library/information stores/search engines/corporate directories.
* Learn and assist with Bid submissions when Needed.
* Maintain records of successful bids for future reference.
Skills:
* Good Verbal and written communication skills & ability to communicate professionally with colleages at all levels of the business.
* Present a positive professional image of the comapny with all employees, customers & suppliers.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple activities similtaneously & prioritise own & other workloads.
* Ability to meet defined deadlines and set own milestones to manage workload.
* Abikity to build a rapport and trust.
