About the service:
We are looking for an experienced Theatre Nurse / ODP to work as a Theatre Manager to lead our theatre team. They will manage the theatre team and ensure an excellent level of care is provided to all our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a Theatre Manager to join a highly reputable private healthcare provider in their bright and vibrant private hospital on the northeast coast of Kent. A little bit about the role:
You will be working as a Theatre Manager with our Theatre team and will be responsible for:
7. Manage the theatre team and ensure an excellent level of care.
8. Be an expert in a multiplicity of surgical procedures.
9. Dealing with emergencies within the Anaesthetic and Operating Theatre Department
10. Ability to provide highly specialised emergency knowledge – ex
11. Highly developed physical/clinical skills where accuracy is important
12. Daily contact with substances hazardous to health
All applicants for the role of Theatre Manager must have the following:
13. Be NMC / HCPC registered- your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions.
14. Eligibility to live and work in the UK
15. Surgical Assistant Qualification
16. At least 4 years UK theatre experience
17. Experience managing a team within a similar setting
18. Knowledge of CQC
19. IT skills covering Word and Excel
