Deputy Store Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Lidl. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and product quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the management of store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Assist the Store Manager in the development and implementation of store strategies and plans
• Ensure that the store is operating efficiently and effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage budgets and resources, ensuring that the store is operating within its financial targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
