Job title: Responsive Care Officer Salary: £13.00 per hour Location: Vine Court, Cannock Hours: 21 hours per week, fixed term for 6 months We currently have a great opportunity for a Responsive Care Officer to join our Domiciliary Care team at Vine Court, Cannock on a part-time, fixed-term basis. The Role As a Responsive Care Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. As the primary point of contact during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, you will support and monitor care delivery, ensuring that the dignity, rights, and independence of our clients are upheld. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to fostering a safe and welcoming environment. Skills and experience required: NVQ3 in care or equivalent (desirable) Experience of delivering good customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Is approachable, honest and trustworthy.
