In Ardfenaig we provide support to adults over 65 years who have a range of complex physical and mental health needs. Applicants must share our values, be able to work well in a team and on their own.
You will be part of a friendly, supportive team working towards individuals’ Person Centred Plan, support them to maintain as much independence as possible, be more involved in the local community and support them to meet their goals and aspirations in life.
We believe in developing all our staff and will provide training, of which the candidate will be supported by regular team meetings and supervision.
The candidate will be required to register with SSSC and achieve necessary qualifications, maintain their registration, comply with and meet the standards specific to this role.
Experience of working with elderly people is preferred. Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel and Word would be useful but not essential.
