About the role of General Manager:
1. You will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of a flagship bakery location in London.
2. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring operational efficiency and upholding the brand's exceptional standards of customer service and product quality.
3. You will take ownership of your site’s performance, with full responsibility for P&L, while driving sales, and supporting the brand’s ambitious growth plans.
4. Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive culture and creating memorable experiences for customers.
Skills and Experience needed as General Manager:
1. Proven experience in a General Manager role, ideally within the bakery, café, or fast-paced food retail industry.
2. Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with a people-first management style.
3. A passion for customer service excellence and maintaining high product standards.
4. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
