Project\: We are seeking talented individuals that want to join us as Senior Project Manager and Project Managers, that can work with us in our Consult Health Team. We are actively seeking people that have the skills and experience of working in a healthcare delivery environment. We would also like to meet experienced project professionals who would like to move into the healthcare sector as we can develop your skillset for this Industry. Your responsibilities will include: § Leading, supporting and defining the successful delivery of the project or programme, achieving high client satisfaction scores § Working as part of an integrated project team that brings together people with One Vision across several Organisations, Stakeholders and Third Parties § Ensuring a safe and collaborative working environment where people thrive § Leading multidisciplinary teams in matrix organisations to meet client outcomes. § Managing and outperforming against the contract (typically NEC4) § Contributing to the review of project performance and production of reporting to drive continuous improvement. § Determining the project schedule and activities throughout the project life cycle. § Developing detailed project budget and forecast cash flows/milestones from approved budget. § Determining project risks and develop a project risk management plan (RMP), facilitating the risk review process and managing, monitoring, and mitigating project risks through the RMP. § Preparing monthly reporting, ensure reporting mechanisms are linked to on time on budget delivery and ensure implementation of project management methodology. § Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority through all stages of the project. About you You have a bachelor degree in Construction or Project/Programme Management related subject. We would also consider the equivalence of experience and vocational qualification routes. Project Management Qualification; APM, Prince2, MSP or equivalent (Foundation Level). We are looking for people to join our teams the Northwest, but all geographies will be considered. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer. Experience of delivering healthcare projects with both NHS and Private clients is desirable but not essential. .
