We are currently working with a fantastic organisation who are looking to hire a Part-Time Health & Safety Adviser to help to promote good working practises across the organisation.
The role is a part-time position for circa 20 24 hours per week, the client would be happy with someone in for 3 longer days or 4/5 shorter days if that was preferred.
Theyre ideally looking for someone who is NEBOSH qualified and has previous experience and understanding of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Typical duties would include:
* Updating and maintaining policies and procedures
* Promoting a positive safety culture within the organisation
* Acting as the main point of contact for health & safety advice
* Ensuring the team are compliant with safety regulations
* Providing training to managers and staff
The successful candidate:
* Previous experience working in a similar position
* NEBOSH Qualified
* Previous experience of delivering training programs
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Proactive and able to work on their own initiative
