Basic Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring the relevant documentation is sent/received and saved on IRIS HR.
* Liaise with relevant departments to ensure new starters are inducted and are set up on the necessary systems.
* Issue and save all employee life cycle documents to IRIS HR.
* Provide administrative support to a variety of HR projects.
* Accurately input and update employee data on IRIS HR.
* Manage the Birthday Club.
* Manage the HR & Jobs inbox, directing messages to the relevant people.
* Collect HR information for internal and external audits.
* Complete monthly LTO reports.
* Monitor and maintain employee attendance records.
* Support employee offboarding processes.
* Coordinate engagement activities such as lunch & learns and charity events.
* Update and maintain organizational charts.
* Arrange and schedule interviews.
