About The Role
Unique and exciting opportunity to join the Brett Concrete Commercial Team, managing the commercial performance for our Basildon, Colchester and Ipswich Plants.
About Your Role
* Through a complete market knowledge, deliver on agreed commercial targets in relation to value added products, revenue, and margin.
* As a proven negotiator, develop key customer relationships in a new market area for Brett Concrete and build long term customer loyalty.
* Support the commercial credit policy at all times and liaise with customers to manage our risks.
* Use your skills as a team player to work alongside all departments and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Produce accurate commercial reports and forecasts.
We're Looking For
* Self-confident and self-motivated individual with strong selling and negotiation skills and a proven track record in delivering results.
* You must have strong interpersonal skills to engage in a wide range of internal and external customers.
* Be able to quickly interpret industry and market knowledge to devise and deliver local commercial strategies.
* Demonstrate our brand values.
* Must be IT literate along with business report writing skills.
