About the role: We are seeking a Resource Manager to join our Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group. In this critical role, you will be responsible for fostering robust and collaborative relationships, while adeptly matching legal resource requests with the most appropriate professionals within our dynamic and cohesive global practice. Your main responsibilities will include: Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with resource managers and partners to balance resource distribution efficiently across our offices. Resource Management: Support staffing matters by recommending appropriate resources while considering workload, skillset, and business needs. Associate Development: Engage with team members to support their goals and provide pastoral care where needed. Data-Driven Insights: Provide weekly reports on resource utilisation to aid strategic decision-making. Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy: Promote and support DEI initiatives and flexible working arrangements. We are ideally looking for: Stakeholder Management : Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across various organisational levels. Negotiation and Mediation : Proven track record in effectively negotiating and mediating to resolve conflicts and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Previous Managerial Experience : Solid history of managerial roles, highlighting leadership capabilities and strategic management of teams and projects. Data and Information Analysis : Proficient in conducting thorough data and information analysis, providing insightful reports that drive informed decision-making. Project, Change, and Portfolio Management : Experienced in navigating complex project landscapes, adeptly managing change and overseeing diverse portfolios to successful completion. Legal Resource Management Experience : Extensive experience in legal resource management, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet strategic objectives. Knowledge of AFIG Products : In-depth knowledge of the Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group products, enabling effective resource management and strategic planning.
