What you’ll do
We are looking for a Field Services Engineer to join our team based in London. Our Field Service Engineers are responsible for signage installations and carrying out resolution repairs on defective cameras. You will be digging holes, erecting poles and keeping our sites compliant.
The Field Services Engineer will always be working to a high standard and keep in mind the needs of the client. This role requires daily travel so it is important you love driving, being outside and in different locations each day.
Responsibilities and Duties
· To install all appropriate signage at our sites - this is a hands on job!
· To resolve issues with the CCTV / ANPR cameras at sites
· To ensure our clients always receive a personable and quality service
· To follow safe working procedures and operating procedures
· To follow all compliance procedures
· To enter correct and detailed reports on our scheduling system
Requirements
Who you are
· Experienced in outdoor physical work, such as construction, labouring, civil work, site installations
· You will have the ability to remain fully functional by adapting to changing circumstances
· You will have the ability to recognise opportunities for new services and products
· Set high quality standards and strive for quality assurance
· Be able to travel extensively, including to the main offices, sites and occasional overnight stays
· Flexible at your working approaches, due to the travel element of the role
· Full UK Driving License
