Job Description
Reporting into the Senior HRBP, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) role is the customer face of the GPA HR team and plays a key part in utilising business intelligence to influence the development of strategic HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilise business intelligence to influence the development of strategic HR solutions created by the HR Centre of Excellence teams.
* Advocate & champion HR priorities across the business.
* Translate business objectives from the GPA business into effective HR practices.
* Deliver and lead key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum.
* Review organisational team structures and work with senior leadership teams.
* Analyse data trends from people metrics to influence decision-making conversations.
* Lead TUPE/COSOP of Government Departments into GPA.
