Key Responsibilities: Leading the development and implementation of SEN provision across the school, ensuring that all students with SEND receive the support they need to thrive. Coordinating the identification, assessment, and provision for students with SEN, working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies. Providing guidance and training to teachers and support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of students with SEND. Collaborating with the senior leadership team to monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in SEN provision. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN coordination or a relevant SEN qualification. Sound understanding of SEND legislation, policies, and best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to deliver outstanding SEN provision.
