Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Private Credit Investor at Initio Sphere. The role is located in the New York City Metropolitan Area with some work from home flexibility. The Private Credit Investor will be responsible for conducting acquisition analysis, market insights, capital raising, investor relations, marketing coordination, technology integration, and comprehensive support activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Structure and manage debt financing for CRE projects.
2. Conduct detailed credit and risk analyses for investment opportunities.
3. Collaborate with borrowers to establish terms and repayment schedules.
4. Utilize market data and analytics to optimize decision-making.
5. Build relationships with GPs and developers for deal flow opportunities.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience in private credit or debt financing
2. Data Analysis, Financial Modeling, and Market Research skills
3. Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies
4. Experience in capital raising and investor relations
5. Marketing and Coordination skills
6. Proficiency in technology integration for decision-making
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
9. Knowledge of private credit investing principles
10. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
