EdEx are working with an 'Outstanding' Secondary School in the heart of Yardley who are on the hunt for a Maths Learning Support Assistant to join their team ASAP!

As a Maths Learning Support Assistant, you will be working with a fantastic and supportive Maths Department to deliver sessions to KS3, KS4 and KS5 on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Maths Learning Support Assistant role also requires successful candidates to work with children with SEND/SEMH needs including ASD, ADHD, SpLD, behavioural issues and more. The Maths Learning Support Assistant will work with children requiring additional support on a 1:1 and small group basis. Any previous experience working with children is ideal however, school-based experience is desirable.

Maths Learning Support Assistant Job Specification

* Working in a Secondary School in Yardley, rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted
* Supporting students throughout Year 7-13 within maths lessons
* Assisting class teachers to deliver relevant material
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to young people with SEND/SEMH needs
