Key Responsibilities of a Bar Person: Serve a variety of beverages to guests, ensuring all orders are handled promptly and professionally. Engage with guests to create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, offering personalized recommendations. Maintain a thorough understanding of the products on offer, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks. Monitor guest needs and ensure they are satisfied, addressing any queries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Ensure the bar operates efficiently and complies with all health and safety regulations. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy times. What are we looking for? Previous experience as a Bar Person or similar role in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting. A passion for delivering excellent service with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong product knowledge of beverages, including cocktails and wines. A team player with attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Whats in it for you?
