Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate a varied team in a busy restaurant/café.
2. Achieve company targets and budgets while ensuring all legal compliance is met.
3. Manage kitchen and front-of-house operations effectively.
4. Utilize an EPOS till system.
5. Maintain high standards of cooking skills and food presentation.
6. Ensure appropriate menu offerings at all times within a hygienic and safe environment.
7. Manage waste and budgets with good margin control.
8. Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate business management skills.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Strong leadership skills.
2. Experience in kitchen and front-of-house management.
3. Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
