Job Specifics Part-Time – 36 hours Permanent Contract Salary for these roles is £23,376.60 FTE Work Pattern: predominantly waking nights with 2 12 hours days shifts every 3 weeks What is great about the role? At Clifton Place you would be working with a diverse group of people, ranging from families, young people, pregnant women, individuals with physical disabilities, mental health issues and substance misuse, and individuals who have been trafficked from the other side of the world. This is a challenging role and you will be faced with complex behaviours and needs, including alcohol misuse, mental health, substance misuse and anti-social and offending behaviour. You will work with a range of different personalities and behaviours so you will need to be able to adapt your approach to engage with a diverse cliental.
