Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently input and manage a high volume of data
* Verify accuracy of data before and after entry
* Assist in the creation of necessary reports
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Make outbound calls to customers to give information about new products
* Adhere to all company policies and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful data entry/ Sales specialist should have:
* Excellent IT skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Understanding of data confidentiality principles
* Knowledge of the insurance industry
* Fantastic communication skills, and professional phone manner
* Experience in sales not required but an understanding of what is required to upsell a product
