Job summary The Systems Support Administrator will provide high quality, effective and efficient administrative support to the Systems Manager and Systems Support Team. The post holder will be required to keep the systems used by the department up to date, ensure preparations are made for meetings and projects are supported. Main duties of the job The post holder will need to have an in-depth knowledge of administrative procedures, including specialist IT systems and project management, this will ensure they can effectively carry out their duties which will include: Support management of clinical systems through weekly service checks Data input into data bases, administrative systems and clinical systems Acting as a first point of contact for customers and staff dealing with telephone calls and emails to the department, transferring them in a timely manner and taking messages Provision of basic training to users Resolution of business and administrative issues and problems in own area of work Organising meetings, meeting rooms and presentations for the department's staff, these should usually be arranged with plenty of notice but on occasions may require coordination of meetings at short notice About us Provide is a Community Interest Company (social enterprise).
