Job summary This is a training and development role under Annex 21 of the Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions. The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will be required to undertake up to a 24 month training/development programme upon commencement of this role, with an aim to attain a Master's Degree qualification and/or demonstrable equivalent skills, knowledge and experience. Completion of the identified qualification/development programme is a requirement of the contract of employment for this role.
