A leading, national business in Exeter are looking to train qualified electricians to become lecturers, training up apprentices within their award winning centre. What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
Preparing and delivering theory and practical training for apprentices, from health and safety and installation, to fault finding and testing.
Conducting practical assessments
Carrying out learner progress reviews, updating learner records and monitoring learner progress
Flexibility to attend other training centres
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least three years' electrical experience.
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Good communication skills nurturing and encouraging person
A flexible, hard-working individual who is passionate about making a difference
Happy to undergo a DBS check
Full driving licence
My client is offering an annual salary starting at £33,000 depending on experience, for electricians with lecturing experience, the salary is increased up to circa £38,000
