Essential Skills
•Strong administrative and data entry skills
•Experience assisting with maintaining office supplies
•Strong numerical aptitude, will be shown accounts
•Experience of working well within a Team
•Experience carrying out ad-hoc tasks when required
•Keen eye for detail
Role and Responsibilities
•Carrying out office Administrative tasks
•Carrying out banking and taking payments (training will be provided)
•Opening and closing files for the team
•Maintaining office supplies, ensuring the office never goes without
•Carrying out ad hoc tasks – Taking urgent post to the post office
