Learning Support Assistant - Gateshead
The Education Network is currently working in partnership with a school in Gateshead that received 'Good' in their last Ofsted report. This school is searching for a number of Learning Support Assistants to join their team in September 2024 for the academic year.
The school is happy to consider those with varied experiences, whether you have previous experience working as an LSA or whether you have experience working with young people in any capacity.
Requirements for this role:
1. Experience working with 11-18 year olds within the past 2 years.
2. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and students.
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
4. At least two years of work history/education which can be referenced.
5. A valid DBS certificate or the willingness to apply for one.
