As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Job Summary:
* Responsible for the overall performance of the venue, including sales, customer service, and staff management
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Work closely with the site director to achieve business objectives and growth targets

* Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent senior position within the hospitality industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
