You’ll join a supportive team with impressive team tenure, a fantastic working culture and an industry leading benefits package.\n\nWhat will the Interim Finance Business Partner role involve?\n\nMonth-end reporting across day 1-6, focused mainly across 3 working days.\n\nOwnership of extensive KPI reporting and monthly revenue analysis versus forecasts.\n\nReview of cost and revenue accruals, journal approvals, and financial controls.\n\nCollaboration with budget holders and senior leadership to support decision making.\n\nDelivery of quarterly forecasts (Q2 reforecasting and Q3 setting).\n\nFull ownership of the annual budgeting process in July/August, coordinating with 10 international stakeholders.\n\nFinancial input into bids and tenders, sense-checking pricing and project costing in Excel.\n\nOpportunity to play a lead role in developing reporting capabilities using Netsuite Analytics.\n\nSuitable Candidate for the Interim Finance Business Partner role:\n\nQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.\n\nProven experience operating at senior stakeholder level, ideally with international exposure.\n\nStrong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience within a commercial environment.\n\nSystems experience with Netsuite or Oracle is highly desirable.\n\nConfident with Excel and experienced in working with financial analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Netsuite Analytics).\nComfortable working early hours (7:00–3:00 or 8:00–4:00) to accommodate international stakeholders.\n\nAdditional benefits and information for the role of Finance Business Partner after qualifying period:\n\n10% employer contribution to a Group Personal Pension Plan (no employee contribution required).\n\nOpportunity to participate in the Employee Matched Savings Scheme (up to 5% salary matched after 6 months).\n\nUp to 22.5% discretionary performance bonus.\n\n5% flexible benefits allowance after 6 months (can be used for a range of benefits or invested into pension).\n\nIncome protection benefit (up to 75% of salary) payable after six months’ incapacity.\n\nPrivate Medical Insurance (Aviva) for the employee.\n\nHealth Cash Plan (Westfield Health) for the employee.\n\n25 days holiday entitlement pro rata, in addition to bank holidays.\n\nOutstanding working culture with long-standing, loyal employees.\n\nBrand new, modern offices in central Southampton with parking options nearby.\n\nHybrid working arrangement (3 days office / 2 days home).\n\nOne-stage interview process for a smooth hiring experience.\n\nCMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
