The role
To support the Marketing Executive and COO with planning, executing and monitoring of general marketing activities in favour of the needs of the business ensuring the execution is on brand and within the desired deadlines.
Supporting with a number of marketing channels but also internal marketing initiatives such as events. A big part of your role will be to support with the ideation and planning of events for both our staff teams and our parents.
You will work closely with the Marketing Executive to ensure that each of our marketing channels are running smoothly and kept up to date. This will allow the Fennies message to be clear and well-articulated on our marketing channels. You champion Fennies and the quality of work that gets done.
General day to day:
* Join creative and strategy meetings with COO, Marketing Executive and colleagues.
* Support with the Ideation, planning and execution of digital and in-person events for both our staff teams and our parents.
* Attend events to ensure they run smoothly
* Assist with the scheduling and reporting of our Social Media accounts
* Monitor the success and analyse the results of marketing campaigns
* Assist with writing communications to the wider teams and our parents
* Assist with writing marketing copy
* Assist with any small website updates
* Keeping an eye on company reviews on platforms such as Google, Day Nurseries, Glassdoor and social media
Key Relationships:
* Reporting to COO
* Reporting to Marketing Executive
* Working with the support function leads
Required Skills to succeed as the Marketing Assistant:
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
* Excellent written skills with the ability to write marketing copy
* Ability to assist with campaign ideas
* Ability to assist with event ideation, planning and execution
* Closely follows the everchanging landscape of marketing

* Willing to learn how to use marketing platforms and programs such as WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot and Later
