The Mortgage Mogul is looking for an Experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their team. The role is office-based, but hybrid options can be considered.
Responsibilities
1. Submission of mortgage applications to the lender.
2. Managing cases and pipeline from pre-submission to post completion.
3. Progressing cases with lenders, solicitors, and providers to ensure applications are processed in a timely manner.
4. Obtaining outstanding / required documents from clients and supplying them to lenders, providers, and solicitors.
5. Progress reporting to advisers for existing pipeline and providing a list of upcoming reviews.
6. Contacting clients by phone and email to provide updates and make them aware of upcoming reviews.
7. Ensuring client documents are stored and filed correctly.
8. Using our ‘Toolbox’ CRM system to type up fact finds, recommendation letters, and creation of policy records.
9. Policy reconciliation for commission runs.
10. Maintaining good relationships with our existing and new clients.
11. Protection administration, completing client fact find, adding compliance to toolbox, tracking case notes, reconcile policies.
Salary and Benefits
Basic Salary: £22-28,000 depending on experience.

Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in administration is essential with a good knowledge of Financial Services.
* Strong understanding of mortgage and protection products, the application process, and relevant regulations.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and mortgage industry software.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Role Location
Wolverhampton City Centre (WV1) with hybrid options also available.
