The role… We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and manage learning content for our global sales team of 300 representatives. This role will focus on translating sales skills and go-to-market product enablement content into engaging and effective learning experiences within our LMS (Highspot). As a key member of the Commercial Excellence team comprising Revenue Operations, Enablement, Pricing and GTM Tech, you will work closely with sales leadership, subject matter experts (SMEs), HR and product teams to design compelling training materials that enhances sales performance and drives revenue growth. What you’ll be doing… Content Development: Design and create engaging, interactive training materials (e-learning, videos, guides, assessments, etc.) tailored to sales skills and product knowledge. LMS Management: Upload, organize, and maintain training content within Highspot, ensuring ease of access and usability for the sales team. Instructional Design: Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to develop high-impact sales training programs. Collaboration: Partner with Sales, HR, L&D, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure training aligns with go-to-market strategies and business objectives. Analytics & Optimization: Track training engagement and effectiveness using data insights, refining content based on feedback and performance metrics. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on learning trends, sales methodologies, and enablement tools to enhance training quality. What we’re looking for… Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in a sales enablement or corporate training environment. Familiarity with Highspot or other LMS platforms, with experience managing and deploying content. Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and e-learning development tools. Ability to create compelling, visually engaging content using tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Synthesia, Guidde, Scribe or similar platforms.
