Application Requirements:
• Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
• A passion for working with children, particularly in primary school settings.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting teaching staff and students.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities to small groups and individuals.
• Provide targeted intervention sessions in key areas, including literacy and numeracy, to support student progress.
• Work closely with students with special educational needs, offering personalized support to enhance their learning experience.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages all students to participate.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to support the holistic development of each child.
