Role : Project Manager Assistant (PMA) Location : Shenton House, Andover, Hampshire Salary : £26,000 to £30,000 Hours : Full time, 39.5hours a week Shenton Group is on the lookout for a diligent and efficient Project Manager Assistant to join our growing team What’s the role? As a Project Manager Assistant within the Projects Team, you will be required to provide and deliver a consistently efficient, accurate and professional level of service to colleagues and clients, all while acting as an ambassador of the Shenton Group brand. You will need to have strong attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires you to assist our Project Managers in organising and coordinating projects while developing strategies to ensure each project has a successful outcome. What do you need? You need to have a positive proactive approach to engaging with your role and your colleagues. Experience of project management would be beneficial but is not essential if you have experience in a fast-paced admin or coordinator role. Standard IT skills are required and experience of SAP Business One, or similar, would be beneficial. You need to be organised, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment. You need to be confident in working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and have a can-do attitude towards challenges. Self-motivated, organised and the ability to work to process unsupervised is required. A fresh perspective is always welcome and a sense of humour will see you fit right in. What’s in it for you?
