Application Requirements:
• Previous experience working with Key Stage 2 students.
• A passion for education and a desire to see all children succeed.
• Experience with SEN or interventions is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the classroom, working closely with the teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Deliver intervention sessions for students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and social development.
• Support students with SEN needs, ensuring they receive the tailored support necessary to help them excel.
• Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging confidence, participation, and a love of learning.
• Help with classroom management and ensure a safe and positive space for all pupils.
