Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Office Administrator to join our team. There's not much your job won't cover and no two days will ever be the same.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Duties
1. Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
2. Manage office supplies and equipment
3. Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
4. Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
5. Greet visitors and provide refreshments
6. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
7. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
8. Support accounting tasks
9. Assist in creating reports and presentations
Skills
1. Proficient in Google Suite for office productivity
2. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
3. Excellent administrative capabilities
4. Good phone etiquette and communication skills
5. Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
6. Familiarity with basic accounting tasks
7. Ability to computerise office processes for efficiency
8. Competent in general office tasks including typing and clerical duties
9. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
10. Strong organisational and time management skills
11. Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
12. Team player

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
