We require an Architectural Technologist with demonstrable ability in the delivery of Residential schemes of varying scale - from bespoke private projects to large multi-unit developments. Experience producing housing layout schemes would be highly sought after.
The role would be ideal for an Architectural Technologist with a keen interest to get involved with the design & planning side of the process as opportunities will be afforded to the successful candidate to get involved at these stages as well as the technical side.
The incoming Architectural Technologist will need to possess the aptitude to run projects from day one, whilst having the confidence to perform in a client-facing capacity.

Architect Technologist Requirements
A degree in Architectural Technology or HNC/HND in a related field
CIAT Membership
Demonstrable experience within the UK Architecture industry particularly within Residential sector
Site Layout design experience is highly desirable
Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
ArchiCAD proficiency will be highly desirable
Excellent communication skills & confident client-facing
The successful Architectural Technologist can expect instant exposure to a variety of developments and a clear pathway to progress their career. Salary is dependent on experience, likely to be in the region of £30k - £40k.
