Job Description: Administrator – Tier 1 Contractor (New School Build, Abergavenny)
Position: Site Administrator
Location: Abergavenny
Duration: Minimum of 12 weeks (Immediate Start)
Experience Required: No previous experience required
Key Requirement: Must be computer literate
Key Responsibilities:
* Induction Coordination:
* Organising and scheduling site inductions for all personnel.
* Maintaining accurate records of induction attendance and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
* Administrative Support:
* Assisting the site team with daily administrative tasks.
* Managing and maintaining site records and filing systems.
* Handling correspondence and communication between site staff and external stakeholders.
* Data Management:
* Updating digital records and ensuring compliance with company systems.
* Logging and tracking key project information as directed by the site team.
* General Office Duties:
* Ensuring the site office runs smoothly by managing supplies and liaising with suppliers as needed.
* Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks to facilitate efficient site operations.
Skills and Requirements:
* Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
* Reliable and adaptable with a proactive attitude.
