You will join an experienced, passionate, and dedicated team that works across Berkshire to provide ADHD assessments and ongoing care to children, young people, and families. This role is based in Wokingham, but we have a satellite clinic in Bracknell to see children/young people and families as needed.
The main responsibilities of the role include conducting ADHD assessments for children and young people, managing a caseload of children and young people with an existing diagnosis of ADHD, and arranging and conducting medication reviews, including taking physical observations.
You may need to make onward referrals to other services within the CFAA division. We work closely with other teams within the CFAA service as well as partnership agencies and voluntary services that support children, young people, and families pre and post-assessment.
